30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased from our store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
